McIsaac Case: - Recently had several mediations sessions with Judge Cabell. Plaintiff has resolved with all except 3 defendants. The case is still with Judge Cabell for further mediation. Lester Lee case: Parties are discussing resolution and may seek a settlement conference. Donald Turner case: Also resolved working with the last defendant finalizing the settlement documents and will seek a dismissal upon receipt of the settlement funds.Callahan Case: Mr. Callahan has been deposed; the parties are on track with the new scheduling order. The motion to amend the complaint was allowed and the amened complaint will be filed shortly.Shepard casesChamberlain case: Assigned to trial group Q, the parties have designated witnesses and conducted the deposition of coworker, Joseph Stevens, parties are on track with the current schedule and are still engaging in settlement discussions with progress made there. Gillis case: The parties anticipate a joint motion to transfer the case to the asbestos docket and Establish Trial Group T. Depositions have been conducted and a motion to amend the complaint filed. Parties are still in the discovery phase. Opposition has been filed to the motion to amend d.e 191. The parties are to confer and report back to the court as to whether oral argument is needed.
