April 13, 2020 Filing 9 Judge Indira Talwani: ELECTRONIC ORDER: The clerk's office has received notice from Plaintiff Kelechi Linardon that because of the Coronavirus Public Emergency, she has been unable to leave her home to access the post office and has been unable to print documents. Pursuant to Local Rule 83.5.5, Plaintiff may be served by email if she provides the clerk and all parties an email address at which service upon Plaintiff may be made. Accordingly, the clerk shall provide a copy of this order to Plaintiff by email. If Plaintiff agrees to service by email, she shall notify the clerk, who will add Plaintiff's email to her address on the docket. Defendants shall thereafter email Plaintiff with a copy of the Notice of Removal #1 and attached documents, the Motion to Dismiss #3 , and the Memorandum in Support #4 , and shall file a certificate attesting to such service by email. As a courtesy, in light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic which imposes unique constraints on the regular functioning of the court, see generally General Orders 20-2 through 20-15 in re Coronavirus Public Emergency, the court will permit Plaintiff to email her response to that Motion #3 to the docket clerk for filing. Any such response shall be emailed to the docket clerk no later than 14 days after Defendants' service of the motion by email. (Kelly, Danielle)
