Filing 13 Judge Richard G. Stearns: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Judge Woodlock's case (Bahrani v. Northeastern, 20-10946-DPW) having now been consolidated with this lead case and 20-cv-10915-RGS, the court sets an initial schedule. Recognizing that there are differences in these cases, the court does not intend to require a Consolidated Complaint. The court will proceed with defendant filing Answers/dispositive motions before a discovery schedule will be set. If the case(s) proceed to discovery, that discovery will be consolidated to the extent possible. After discovery is completed, the court will assess whether the cases can proceed to a single trial. To that end, the court directs Northeastern that, if it intends to file a single dispositive motion, the motion is due by August 24, 2020. If Northeastern intends to respond individually in each case, it will follow the response schedule currently set in that case.
