The Motion for Reconsideration is ALLOWED in part only to the extent: (1) Singer will be provided an extension until April 12, 2021 to comply with the Courts February 19, 2021 Order; she need not use the AO 240 form, but must provide sufficient detail to comply with 28 USC 1915(a) and Singer may file her application to proceed in forma pauperis under seal in the first instance;(2) leave is conditionally granted to Singer to have CM/ECF access in this case only, so long as Singer registers with the Clerk's Office (registration form at https://forms.mad.uscourts.gov/ecfreg.html) and obtains the requisite training for accessing the system; and(3) Singer may file a complaint that adds claims and parties to the extent permissible under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
