Plaintiff's financial affidavit does not indicate how he is able to afford the necessities of life. According to Plaintiffs financial affidavit, he is without any income or assets. Plaintiff also represents that he is without any housing, transportation, or other regular monthly expenses. He reports that he pays child support, but he does not identify the amount thereof or how he is able to fulfill that obligation. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed in forma pauperis, he must submit a financial affidavit in which he identifies how he is able to access the necessities of life. He must also disclose the amount and nature of any financial obligation and any resources he uses to fulfill such obligation. If Plaintiff receives gifts of cash, gifts in kinds, or depends on another person for support, he must convey that information. Failure to pay the $402 filing fee or file a renewed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis within twenty-one (21) days may result in dismissal of the action. (PSSA, 3) |
