No. 27): (a) The parties shall complete the initial disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) by March 2, 2022.(b) Any amendments to the pleadings or joinder of additional parties shall be completed by July 1, 2022.(c) The parties shall serve any written discovery by July 31, 2022.(d) The parties shall complete all fact discovery, including any fact witness depositions, by September 30, 2022.(e) The plaintiffs shall disclose any expert witnesses, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2), by November 30, 2022.(f) The defendants shall disclose any expert witnesses, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2), by December 31, 2022.(g) The parties shall complete any expert witness depositions by February 15, 2023.(h) Any motions for summary judgment shall be filed by March 30, 2023.(i) Oppositions to any motions for summary judgment shall be filed within 21 days following service of the motion, and any replies shall be filed within 14 days following service of the opposition.
