The Court is informed that it appears that the pro se plaintiff in this action has retained counsel in a prior pending action styled, Gennetti v. Gennetti et al., MICV 2181CV00516. It also appears that counsel in that action intends to amend the complaint in that action that might or might not address the claims brought in this action.
