March 10, 2022 Filing 5 Judge Rya W. Zobel: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered on Motion #2 for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. It is clear from plaintiff's application that he is without income. However, plaintiff failed to answer Question 4 on his application and it appears that his answers to Questions 5 and 8 are "Home." If plaintiff owns a home, he must describe the property, its approximate value, the amount owned and to whom payable. Because of the incomplete disclosures, plaintiffs motion is DENIED without prejudice to filing a renewed application that answers each question and includes the financial information of any supporting relative or friend. Fridman v. City of New York, 195 F. Supp. 2d 534, 537 (S.D.N.Y. 2002) (In assessing an application to proceed in forma pauperis, a court may consider the resources that the applicant has or can get from those who ordinarily provide the applicant with the necessities of life, such as from a spouse, parent, adult sibling or other next friend. (quoting Williams v. Spencer, 455 F. Supp. 205, 20809 (D. Md. 1978)), Plaintiff's renewed application must be filed on or before April 15, 2022.(PSSA, 4)
