July 8, 2022 Filing 10 Judge Allison D. Burroughs: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Defendants moved to dismiss the complaint on May 18, 2022. [ECF No. #6 ]. By June 3, 2022, Plaintiffs still had not opposed the motion, and the Court ordered Plaintiffs to show cause, in writing, by June 10, 2022, as to why the complaint should not be dismissed for the reasons articulated in Defendants' motion. [ECF No. 9 ]. As of July 8, 2022, Plaintiffs have not responded to the Court's order or opposed the motion.
