The Court notes that in denying the injunctive relief the Court did not rely upon the Local Action Doctrine and merely noted that one form of relief might implicate issues under that doctrine that the Court was not and could not resolve at the injunction hearing. The form of relief that might implicate the doctrine is a form of relief that Attorney Baker said he seeks as to one party who has not been served so at the present time the issue is not ripe.
