Respondent FX Transparency, LLC ("FXT") pointed out the company was founded in 2009, has five employees, and engaged the Massachusetts Pension Reserve Investment Management Board and Allianz Global Investors GmbH as clients for a limited time period. FXT's counsel also stated his belief that the nonparty subpoena covers a ten-year time period. The court stated it had reviewed the papers and expressed its inclination to narrow the two requests temporally. The parties shall appear for a further hearing on April 7, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in Remote Proceeding : Boston before Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler in the event the matter is not resolved.
