| Filing 18 Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV: ORDER entered granting #5 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying #4 Motion for joinder; denying #7 Motion for expert. The clerk shall add Dr. Nikhil Matthews as a defendant and indicate on the docket that plaintiff is also known as Gitapushy Val Angel. The clerk shall issue summonses for service of the complaint on Dr. Nikhil Matthews and Bridgewater State Hospital. Plaintiff is responsible for ensuring that the summonses, the complaint, and this order are served on those two defendants. At this time, summonses will not issue as to the unnamed defendants. Because plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, he may elect to have the United States Marshals Service (USMS) complete service with all costs of service to be advanced by the United States. Plaintiff shall have 90 days from the date of the issuance of the summons to complete service.
