June 21, 2023 Filing 6 Judge Indira Talwani: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. ORDER DISMISSING CASE. On June 9, 2023, plaintiff Joel Jeannite was ordered to file an amended complaint by June 16, 2023. See Order, Doc. No. 4. On June 20, 2023, the copy of this order mailed to Jeannite at the address he provided the court was returned as undeliverable. See Doc. No. 5. Nothing further has been filed by Jeannite in this action. Local Rule 83.5.5(h) provides that "Every party appearing pro se shall inform the clerk and all parties in writing of any change of name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address within 14 days of the change. It is the responsibility of the pro se party to notify the clerk and the parties of any change. Any notice sent by the clerk... to a pro se party shall be deemed delivered and properly served if sent to the most recent address or e-mail address provided by the pro se party." Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice for failing to keep the court apprised of Jeannite's address and failing to comply with the Court's June 9, 2023 Order. The Clerk is directed to enter a separate order of dismissal without prejudice and shall provide Jeannite with a copy of this order if he appears at the Clerk's Office and so requests.(PSSA, 4)(PSSA, 4)
