September 27, 2023 Filing 5 District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. On August 31, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff's AO 239 Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Application) without prejudice to filing a renewed Application and supplementing the form with additional relevant information, including information concerning financial support Plaintiff receives from others. [Dkt. 4]. Plaintiff was warned that failure to comply with the order would result in dismissal of the action without prejudice. Plaintiff was also warned that should he persist in ignoring the Courts orders and/or filing frivolous pleadings, he may be sanctioned. Plaintiff has failed to file a renewed Application and Jeannite has not filed anything further. Accordingly, the action is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk is directed to enter a separate order of dismissal without prejudice.(PSSA, 4)
