This responsibility can also be accomplished by plaintiffs presenting completed releases for relevant records and providers by 9/25/23 as part of their automatic disclosures. Plaintiffs are obligated to supplement these records of any relevant ongoing treatment under the procedural rules.Plaintiffs shall designate their trial (liability and damages) expert(s) and serve Rule 26(a)(2) reports no later than 3/12/24.
