| Filing 9 Judge Myong J. Joun: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. On January 8, 2024, Plaintiff filed a motion #7 in which he seeks various forms of relief, including a request for a temporary restraining order. See ¶¶ 1-12. Plaintiff, who represents that he now lives in Los Angeles, asks the Court to order that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts not commit "any acts which will cause the plaintiff undue fear" while he is in Massachusetts to attend a hearing in state court criminal proceedings against him. Id. ¶ 5. It appears from the motion that the hearing in question was scheduled for January 9, 2024, and Plaintiff does not ask for any injunctive relief after that date. Thus, the request for a temporary restraining order is DENIED as moot. The Court will address the other issues Plaintiff raises in this motion by separate order.(PSSA, 3) |
