Webster has named seven defendants/parties-in-interest to this action. The court asks Webster Bank, by December 2, 2024, to file an Affidavit of Service attesting to service (with exhibits) as to each of the named defendants in this case. Webster Bank will also file a version of the Legal Notice published as part of the foreclosure of the property. Also by December 2, 2024, Webster will file an attestation that it has served a Copy of this Order on each of the named defendants/parties-in-interest.By January 3, 2025, defendants asserting an interest in any portion of the surplus, must file a claim with supporting affidavit/documentation with this court, including any basis for their priority over the other claimants.By January 3, 2025, Webster Bank must file any claim it has for reasonable counsel fees and costs associated with this action.
