As the parties that have responded to the Court's request for a pretrial schedule are in agreement, the court enters a schedule mostly consistent with their proposal.Initial Disclosures required by Fed. (26)(a)(2) must be disclosed by April 30, 2027. Trial experts for the Plaintiff must be deposed by May 31, 2027.
