No. 80, Ex. 1) which the court has granted Plai ntiff leave to file no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 26, 2016. Should Plaintiff fail to do so, he faces dismissal of this action due to failure to prosecute and failure to obey this Order. See, e.g., Tower Ventures, Inc. v.
