| Filing 6 Judge Mark G. Mastroianni: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. re #3 PSSA Order 1 "On May 3, 2021, the Court ordered that plaintiff Steven L. Smith file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (including an appropriate affidavit) or pay the $402 filing fee. See Procedural Order, ECF No. 3. The Court notes that Smith requested the Court rely on his in forma pauperis requests from another matter before the Court in a cover letter. See Cover Letter, ECF No 1-1. To the extent that this cover letter may be construed as a motion to proceed in forma pauperis it is DENIED. As the Court previously ordered, Smith must file a renewed motion to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the $402 filing fee. Accordingly, Smith shall by June 25, 2021, comply with the Courts May 3, 2021 Order or this action will be dismissed without prejudice. Upon review of Smith's other docket, it appears that he may have been a prisoner or pretrial detainee at the time he filed this action. To the extent that Smith was a prisoner at the time this action was filed (April 23, 2021), he must also provide a prisoner account statement for the six months prior to that date. The Clerk is directed to provide Smith with a Form AO 240."(PSSA, 5) |
