Magistrate Judge David H. Hennessy: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. re 3 Notice of Case Assignment to a Magistrate Judge. This matter was initially assigned to Judge David H. Hennessy in the Central Division. This assignment appears to be in error and contrary to Local Rule 40.1(a)(3), (c)(3), and (d)(1). Defendant Applied Chemistries maintains its principal place of business within the District's Western Division. Id.
