MEMORANDUM OF LAW & ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 12 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows: all federal claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and the Court declines to exercise jurisdicti on to consider the remaining state law claims. 2.
