Filing 8 ORDERED that: (1) Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel (Doc. #3 ), is denied without prejudice; (2) Defendants Van Loo, Barker, and Thomas are severed and dismissed from this case; (3) the Clerk of the Court is directed to remove Defendants Van Loo, Barker, and Thomas from the docket sheet; (4) the agency having custody of Plaintiff forward to the Clerk of the Court monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income credited to Plaintiff's account each time the amount in the account exceeds $10 until the $350 filing fee is paid ($348.30); (5) the Clerk of the Court is directed to provide all parties, in addition to this Order, the mediation request form; (6) the Attorney General of Missouri and Corizon shall notify the Court, in writing, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, for which Defendants they will and will not waive service of process; and (7) Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
