Filing 2 ORDER granting #1 Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, (Doc. 1), is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to file Plaintiffs complaint electronically and to docket the complaint as having been filed on the date tendered, November 9, 2021. The Clerk of the Court shall forward appropriate process forms to the Plaintiff, and within twenty days, Plaintiff shall return the completed summons and service forms to the Clerk's office showing the address where defendant(s) may be served.
