MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - The District of Nebraska is an improper venue for Plaintiff's Complaint. However, in the interests of justice, the Court will transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, a proper venue. The Clerk of the Court is directed to take all necessary steps to transfer this matter to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
