ORDER OF DISMISSAL UNDER 28 U.S.C. 1651: The Court dismisses this action without prejudice because Plaintiff failed to comply with the May 11, 2023 order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, which requires him to first obtain leave of court before bringing a new civil action IFP in any federal court. See Turner v. Trugreen Ltd. Pship, No. 3:23-CV-0989-G-BK (N.D. Tex. May 11, 2023). The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in this action. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Laura Taylor Swain on 12/06/2023) (ama)
