Defendants motion for summary judgment (Doc. 82) is GR ANTED on Stoutamires deliberate indifference claims against defendants Nurse Raub and Nurse Hill alleged in Counts Two and Four, and those defendants are dismissed with prejudice. The motion is DENIED with respect to Count One, Stoutamires excessive force claim against defendants Lt. Joseph and Lt. Eshem, which remains for trial.
