ORDER denying as moot #1 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis, in light of Plaintiff's election to pay the requisite filing fee. Given the notification from the Volunteer Lawyers Project that it is unable to assist Plaintiff with representation, the conditional grant of Plaintiff's prior motion for counsel is hereby VACATED, and the motion is DENIED. Plaintiff must continue to prosecute this case pro se. Consistent with Plaintiff's obligation to effect service on his own behalf, the Clerk of Court shall return to Plaintiff copies of any and all service documents.
