ORDER -- Plaintiff's Notices and Supplements add new claims for relief against unnamed defendants, and if considered, would make substantive changes to the Complaint, effectively amending his Complaint. Plaintiff is advised that at this point in the action he may file a first amended complaint without leave of Court. Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(A) and (B). The first amended complaint must be in the form of one document, which will supersede and effectively vacate the original complaint. ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. However, Plaintiff shall be required to pay the full $350.00 filing fee. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall make monthly payments of (20%) of the preceding month's income credited to his prison account until he has paid the total filing fee. Plaintiff is advised that if he does not desire the collection of the full filing fee, he may voluntarily dismiss this action on or before February 22, 2021 without incurring any fees or costs.
