Henceforth, all pleadings, motions, and other documents shall be filed in and captioned with the docket number for the main case. The clerk shall add as consolidated defendants in the main case all defendants named in the Seguin v. Suttell case (CA 13-095JNL). CA 13-095JNL shall be statistically closed. All motions pending in Seguin v. Suttell shall be redocketed as such in Seguin v. Textron. As the time for filing objections to all such pending motions in Seguin v.
