TEXT ORDER Setting Briefing Schedule: In CA19-194WES, CA19-195WES, and CA19-197WES, the Court hereby passes as moot the Motions to Remand filed by Plaintiffs on 4/24/19 (ECF Nos. 6, 4, and 6, respectively). The Court extends the deadline for the filing of a new supplemental Response in Opposition by Defendant Johnson & Johnson to each of the new Motions to Remand (filed on 5/10/19; ECF Nos. 16, 11, and 14, respectively) up to and including 5/31/19; Plaintiffs' Reply will then be due on or before 6/7/19; and finally, Defendant Johnson & Johnson's Sur-reply will be due on or before 6/12/19.
