TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff Ricky Butler, acting pro se, seeks leave to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #2 ) with his 1983 Complaint (ECF No. #1 ). Although Mr. Butler has submitted the affidavit required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1), he has not provided a certified copy of his inmate account statement for the 6-month period prior to the filing of the Complaint as directed by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). Accordingly, the Court orders Mr. Butler to file a certified copy of his inmate account statement, obtained from an appropriate official at the Donald J. Wyatt Detention Facility, within 21 days of the date of this Order. When the Court receives the certified statement it will then rule upon the motion to proceed in forma pauperis - So Ordered by District Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. on 6/6/2019. (Urizandi, Nisshy)
