R. Civ. P. Supp. F(4), the Clerk shall be directed to issue a notice based on the form appended to Plaintiff's motion as Exhibit B (ECF No. 3-3), but including the bar date set by the Court, to all persons asserting claims with respect to this incident admonishing them that they will be defaulted unless they file their respective claims on or before the bar date; such claims must be filed with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, with a copy served on Plaintiffs attorney, J. Andrew Black, Esq., Farrell Smith O'Connell Aarsheim Aprans, LLP, at 55 Pine Street, Second Floor, Providence, Rhode Island 02903; that, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. Supp. F(4), the notice shall be published in The Providence Journal once a week for four successive weeks prior to the date fixed for filing claims, and Plaintiff shall mail a copy of the notice, by the day of the second publication, to every person known to have made any claims against the vessel or Plaintiff arising out of the allision(s) on October 26-28, 2021.
