TEXT ORDER: In order for the Court to evaluate an in forma pauperis application, the plaintiff must provide a certified copy of his prisoner trust fund account statement certified by an appropriate official at the Adult Correctional Institutions as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2) for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint. Plaintiff is instructed to file the statement by May 2, 2022. The Court will rule on the IFP application once the statement has been received. Alternatively, Plaintiff may pay the filing fee.
