TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed this Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). The Complaint fails to state a claim for relief under federal law or Constitution. Further, Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37, 43 (1971), renders inappropriate the Courts involvement in a criminal case, P2- 2018-2660ADV, pending in the Superior Court of Rhode Island. The Complaint is therefore DISMISSED and the Motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #2 ) is DENIED pro forma. Jimmy Smith's Motion to Intervene (ECF No. #5 ) is DENIED as moot.
