April 14, 2023 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER: After a review of the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915, the Court concludes that the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. It is unclear that this court has subject matter jurisdiction (there is no allegation that the amount in controversy is over $75,000) or personal jurisdiction over Mariska Hargitay (what are her sufficient contacts with Rhode Island). Further, the narrative set forth by Mr. Seamone is not complete and clear and therefore does not set forth a cause of action. Therefore, Mr. Seamone is granted 30 days to amend his complaint to correct the deficiencies, or else this matter will be dismissed. So Ordered by Chief Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. on 4/14/2023. (Simoncelli, Michael)
