TEXT ORDER: Risier, LLC, within seven days of this order, must file a disclosure statement pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2), because this action is based on diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). The disclosure statement must name and identify the citizenship of all the members of the LLC. Further, if any of the LLC members are LLCs or partnerships, the disclosure statement must name the citizenship of any member through however many layers of members or partners there may be.
