July 11, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. 1915(e) granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Court concludes that Plaintiff is unable to pay fees and costs in this matter and thus, Plaintiff's Application to Proceed IFP (ECF No. 2) is GRANTED. Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file an Amended Complaint within thirty days from the date of this Order that provides factual support sufficient to allow the Court to make an informed determination of whether Plaintiff can state any leally sufficient claims. This Court will take further action as appropriate under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) after reviewing Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. If Plaintiff fails to file an Amended Complaint that remedies the deficiencies identified in this Order, this Court will recommend that this case be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for the reasons discussed above pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B).
