TEXT ORDER denying #6 MOTION for Stay of Execution; denying #7 Motion for TRO; denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis: Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(i), the Court has determined that it does not have subject matter jurisdiction and therefore this case is dismissed. There are no allegations of diversity jurisdiction (i.e., that all the parties are from different states) and there is no plausible claim of a constitutional or federal statutory right. Mr. Koza should seek relief from the state Superior Court, not the federal court which is a court of limited jurisdiction. Mr. Koza's Motion for Leave to proceed in forma pauperis, Motion for a Stay of Execution, and Motion for a temporary Restraining Order are DENIED without prejudice. So Ordered by Chief Judge John J.
