Filing 9 TEXT ORDER re: #8 Mail Returned as Undeliverable. On March 13, 2023, the undersigned issued an #3 order notifying Plaintiff that the Court could not authorize service of process until he brought his case into proper form. On March 31, 2023, Plaintiff filed a #6 letter stating that he had not received any sort of response from the Court after submitting his original pleading. The Clerk of Court then resent the #3 order to Plaintiff that same day. On April 18, 2023, Plaintiff's mail was returned as undeliverable for "insufficient address." Upon reviewing the Court's mailings and the address entered into the Electronic Case Filing System, it seems a number was omitted from Plaintiff's street address. The Clerk of Court is therefore directed to revise Plaintiff's address from "342 N.E. 168th Street" to "3420 N.E. 168th Street" and send Plaintiff a copy of this text order, a copy of the returned #3 order, and courtesy copies of the outstanding proper form documents. In an abundance of caution, the undersigned also resets Plaintiff's deadline, so that he now has twenty-one days, plus an additional three days for mail time, from the date this text order is entered to bring his case into proper form. Entered at the direction of Magistrate Judge Mary Gordon Baker on 04/19/2023. (mdoe, ) |
