ORDER denying #8 Motion to Transfer Unit. Before the Court is Plaintiff's letter requesting to be re-housed immediately, based on his claim that he is being threatened by Defendant Jones for filing this case. The Court will construe the letter as a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. ECF No. 8. As such, the Motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has neither complied with Rule 65(b) nor provided evidence to support his allegations. Accordingly, Plaintiff's request for a temporary restraining order is DENIED.
