ORDER re: #8 Reply. To the extent Chichakli seeks legal advice from the Court, the motion is DENIED. However, the Court offers the following observations: Chichakli's assertion that service was effectuated under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5 is misplaced. Pl.'s Reply 1. It is Rule 4 that governs service of the initial summons and complaint. The more relaxed requirements of Rule 5 do not apply in the absence of effective service of the original complaint under Rule 4. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Rebecca Rutherford on 3/25/2019) (axm)
