Filing 12 NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER REQUIRING RESPONSE REGARDING VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL: Because Pinson initiated this suit without paying the filing fee or filing an IFP motion, the Court entered a notice of deficiency on October 18, 2022that, in part, cautioned Pinson that, as the PLRA Dkt. No. #4 at 2. So cautioned, Pinson nevertheless filed an IFP motion. And, since the Court cannot withdraw the PLRA filing fee order at this time, insofar as Pinson conditions his voluntary dismissal on relief from that order, the Court enters this order requiring Pinson to, by January 13, 2023, either refile his notice dismissing his lawsuit without prejudice under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) or notify the Court in writing that he will proceed with this lawsuit.
