Centeno, Jr. IT IS ORDERED that within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, Centeno mustshow cause why his Complaint (ECF No. 1) should not be dismissed pursuant to 1915(e)(2)(B)(i)(ii) and 1915A(b)(1), for failure to state a non-frivolous claim, by filing an amended complaint that cures the deficiencies noted in this Order. The Clerk of Court is directed to provide Centeno with a copy of a Section 1983 form. Alternatively, Centeno may advise the Court of his intent to voluntarily dismiss this action.
