ORDER directing the Clerk to consolidate Case No. 3:21-cv-00220 with Case No. 3:21-cv-00170; Case No. 3:21-cv-00170 shall be deemed the lead case, and all future documents shall be filed under that case number; as Plaintiff's Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees and Costs has already been granted, the subsequent #1 Application filed in Case No. 3:21-cv-00220 is DENIED, as moot; further directing the Clerk to issue summonses for Defendants Aldridge, Captain Diamond, Detective Wallace, C. O. Romans, C. O. Albright, C.O. Travis Blake Endicott, C. O. Preece, Officer Miller, and C. O. Keaton and shall provide the summonses with copies of the complaint and amended complaints to the United States Marshals Service, who is directed to serve the documents in accordance with Fed. R.
