MEMORANDUM AND ORDER In view of the foregoing, the court finds that: it has the inherent authority to stay this case, and to condition the requested stay of this case upon a finding that the Agreement is fai r, reasonable, and adequate; that such a finding is justified; and that because the court is not now ordering any prospective relief, the requirements of §3626(a)(1)(A) are not now implicated. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The Joint Motion to Approve the Settlement Agreement (Docket No. 248) is ALLOWED. 2. This case is STAYED and the court, therefore, retains jurisdiction. 3.
