The motions are GRANTED with respect to Cou nts I (Violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 as to Gavins), Count II (Violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 as to Boston Public Schools and City of Boston) to the extent that it asserts a violation of the right to public education, Count III (Violation of the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act), and Count VI (Loss of Consortium).
