Only one filing fee is due.3.Antone Moniz, Superintendent of PCCF, shall be substituted as the sole respondent. 4.The Clerk of this Court shall serve a copy of the petition upon (i) Superintendent Moniz; and (ii) the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. 5.Respondent shall, no later than twenty-one (21) days from the date of this order, answer or otherwise respond to both petitions in a single document. 6.To give the Court time to consider the matter, unless otherwise ordered by the Court, Petitioner shall not be moved outside the District of Massachusetts without providing the Court 48 hours advance notice of the move and the reason therefor.
