| Filing 4 Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis.The Clerk shall issue a summons. The plaintiff is responsible for serving the complaint and summons in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 4.1 within 90 days of the date the summons is issued. Because plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, she may elect to have the United States Marshals Service (USMS) complete service with all costs of service to be advanced by the United States.
