March 13, 2023 Filing 4 Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis.The Clerk shall issue a summons. The plaintiff is responsible for serving the complaint and summons in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 4.1 within 90 days of the date the summons is issued.
