TEXT ORDER: The plaintiff has filed an action for which he claims federal question jurisdiction, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1331. He has named as defendants four entities: the United States Postal Service (Manhattan Branch), PNC Bank of Manhattan, Atrius Healthcare of Massachusetts, and the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. The Complaint does not specify any cause of action, nor does it include any factual support for any cause of action. The allegation of a 2010 data breach at Logan Airport is not connected to any defendant. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii), the Court has reviewed the Complaint and determined it does not state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The Complaint is therefore DISMISSED..
